After I purchase a digital product, how do I get it?

Once you checkout and payment is completed, you will receive an emailed receipt. That email will contain a link for the file that you can then download and print as many copies as you would like. For personal use only and cannot be re-sold but product may be given as a gift.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, yes, yes! I love custom orders! I would especially love to create a custom care package for a woman, teen/college aged girl in your life who needs encouragement.

What is your refund/return policy?

It is my goal to have a satisfied customer on the other end of the checkout process. The products that I make are carefully designed to bring encouragement and happiness to the recipient. Handmade items are made with extra special care to deliver an excellent product to my customer or their gift recipient.

If there is an issue with your order, please email me and I will do everything that I can to correct it in a timely manner. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis at my discretion. I reserve the right to deny requests for returns/refunds of used goods or those damaged by the customer.

I will issue refunds for digital products if they have not yet been downloaded by the customer.

Any refund approved will be issued to the same card that was used at checkout. Refunds will not be issued in any other form of payment, including cash or gift cards.

Do you accept guest posts on your website's blog?

I'd love to share it on my "Set Free" page and it may even appear in a podcast episode! When we share our story of what God has done in our lives through a difficult circumstance, situation or season, we encourage the women around us and bring God the glory! So, tell what the Lord has done and share your story! I'll help you get it out there so lots of women can be encouraged by it! Keep it anonymous if you'd like! No shame here, sister!
