After I purchase a digital product, how do I get it?

Once you checkout and payment is completed, you will receive an emailed receipt. That email will contain a link for the file that you can then download and print as many copies as you would like. For personal use only and cannot be re-sold but product may be given as a gift.

What is your refund/return policy?

It is my goal to have a satisfied customer on the other end of the checkout process. The products that I make are carefully designed to bring encouragement and happiness to the recipient. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis at my discretion. I reserve the right to deny requests for returns/refunds of used goods or those damaged by the customer.

I will issue refunds for digital products if they have not yet been downloaded by the customer.

Any refund approved will be issued to the same card that was used at checkout. Refunds will not be issued in any other form of payment, including cash or gift cards.
